General Description
The BU7271G is low voltage operation input/output full
swing ultra-low supply current CMOS operational
amplifiers. The BU7271SG has an extended operating
temperature range. They have feature of low supply
current and low input bias current. There are suitable
for battery-powered equipments and sensor amplifiers.
