A range of bidirectional, breakover
diodes in an axial, hermetically
sealed, glass envelope. These
devices feature controlled breakover
voltage and high holding current
together with high peak current
handling capability. Typical
applications include transient
overvoltage
protection
in
telecommunications equipment.
