Datasheet General Purpose CMOS Logic IC 8bit Static Shift/Store Register BU4094BC BU4094BCF BU4094BCFV General Description The BU4094BC/BCF/BCFV are shift/store register composed of 8 bit shift register and 8 bit latch. The read data in the shift register can be taken in the latch through the asynchronous strobe input; therefore, the data transfer mode can hold output.
