• 175°C Operating Junction Temperature
• Guaranteed Reverse Avalanche
Mechanical Characteristics:
• Case: Epoxy, Molded with metal heatsink base
• Weight: 80 grams (approximately)
• Finish: All External Surfaces Corrosion Resistant
• Top Terminal Torque: 25–40 lb–in max
