DESCRIPTION
The MOC8020 and MOC8021 are photodarlington-type optically
coupled optocouplers. The devices have a gallium arsenide infrared
emitting diode coupled with a silicon darlington phototransistor.

• High current transfer ratio

• No base connection for improved noise immunity
