BD2220G BD2221G
General Description
BD2220G and BD2221G are low ON-Resistance
N-Channel MOSFET high-side power switches,
optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.
BD2220G and BD2221G are equipped with the function
of over-current detection, thermal shutdown,
under-voltage lockout and soft-start.
Features
■ Low ON-Resistance (Typ 160mΩ) N-Channel

■ Over-Current Detection
(Output OFF-Latch Operation)
■ Thermal Shutdown
■ Open-Drain Fault Flag Output
■ Flag Output Delay
■ Under-Voltage Lockout
