The HMC1034LP6GE can also be used as an LO for 10G optical modules and transponders (Figure 13), as a reference
clock for 1G/10G line cards (Figure 14), and for jitter attenuation and frequency translation (Figure 15).
Synchronous Ethernet, SONET/SDH, and OTN applications often require jitter attenuation and frequency translation on
the recovered line clock.
