General Description
SH66P58 is a single-chip 4-bit micro-controller. This device integrates a SH6610D CPU core, RAM, ROM, timer, LCD driver,
I/O ports, 16-bit sigma-delta ADC, charge pump and regulator, alarm output, PWM, built-in PLL, watchdog timer, low voltage
reset and low power detect circuit, The SH66P58 is suitable for high accuracy measurement application.
