260 °C / 4X10 seconds set terminals.
• These diodes are also available in DO35 case with
the type designation 1N4681...1N4717 and
SOT23 case with the type designation
MMBZ4681-V... MMBZ4717-V.
• Lead (Pb)-free component
• Component in accordance to RoHS 2002/95/EC
and WEEE 2002/96/EC
