DESCRIPTION
The UTC MC33178 is a Bipolar dual operational amplifier with
high performance concepts. Its all NPN output stage exhibits no
deadband crossover distortion, large output voltage swing, and an
excellent phase and gain margin. It also provides a low open loop
high frequency output impedance with symmetrical source and sink
AC frequency performance. This device use of high frequency PNP
input transistors to produce amplifiers exhibiting low input voltage
noise with high gain bandwidth product and slew rate.
FEATURES
* Dual supply operation from: ±5.0 V to ±18 V
* Low input offset voltage: 0.15mV
* Large output voltage swing: +14.1V/ -14.6V
* High slew rate: 7.0V/µs
* Low voltage noise: 4.5nV/ Hz
* Low total harmonic distortion: 0.002%
* High gain bandwidth product: 16MHz
* High open loop AC gain: 800 @ 20kHz
